We ship almost everything using USPS. We have found that they do a better job at getting your packages to you sooner. We may drop ship your order from the factory and upgrade you (for no additional charge) to FedEx. We also have to ship Hoods, Chassis' and Tunnels on sleds or Frames for bikes and Atvs by truck. They require an addition $185 shipping charge (in the USA). Frames that are serial numbered may require you to send in your serial numbers.

Are Your Parts Warrantied?
Yes, most of our manufacturers warranty their parts for defects for 30 to 90 days, depending on the items. We will replace any parts found defective. Warrantied parts cannot be exchanged for other parts or refunded. If you have any questions please feel free to call.
There is an additional charge for large items. Sled hoods, frames, tunnels and fenders for ATVs among other large items. Each will be on a case by case basis. Hoods and Frames and some Fenders generally run $185 extra shipping to a Business address (any large item that has to ship Truck Freight). Subframes and tunnels run about $100 extra. Most ATV fenders are an additional $65ea. Again, these are on a case by case basis and all have to go standard freight. Canada and overseas orders will be calculated and you will be notified as to the additional shipping. Generally it will run 50%-100% additional.

If you send in an order before 3pm eastern time we will work hard at getting it out that day. Overnight and Priority orders have to be in by 12:00pm EST to give us reasonable time to get these orders filled. Any orders after that time may not make the deadline.
Yes, an order must be $20 or over in merchandise. Second day and overnight orders will be handled on a case by case. If parts are in stock they will be shipped out daily. If they have to be drop shipped (from the factory) the minimum will be $50.
If your order is not in stock we check our warehouses and if we still can't locate it then we will call other dealers to try to find it for you. We want to get your order faster to you than anyone else can...

At this time Suzuki and Hyosung requires us to get your parts in here before we ship them out. We cannot drop ship them from their location. We try to stock everything but some items just can't be stocked. Your items will take a few days extra because of this even on Priority and Overnights. We will however ship it to you whichever way you chose.
We do ship parts and accessories. Please be aware that there will be Taxes and Duties if you import parts from us. We do not charge you for them. Your Customs will contact you for the additional charges. We would like to ship bikes and other large items, but, our manufacturers wouldn't allow us to ship to other countries.
You can order by;
From time to time we make mistakes in the catalog. We are human (mostly) and will not be responsible for mistakes and omissions. Please be gracious. We will try to do better as we go.
If there is a mistake or missing item in your order please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. We cannot backtrack orders any later than that. If something isn't right we want to get you up and running. If you have a missing part and no insurance on your package then we are very limited on what we can do to resolve it.
Occasionally someone makes a mistake choosing the incorrect shipping. If you are from another country and choose USA shipping we will change it to your country and adjust the shipping charges. Alternately if this is an in USA package but exceptionally large we will have to adjust shipping according to the rates listed elsewhere in this faq.
We want to get it right the first time but that doesn't always happen. If we messed up ship it back we will exchange it for the right one and not charge you return shipping. If we do not receive the wrong part back and you want to keep it we will discount it to you for your trouble. If you get the wrong size, part etc. we will be glad to exchange the part for another the right size with a small handling fee (10%) plus shipping. You must return the original part in it's original package in sellable condition and in 7 days (except at Christmas then we will allow it to be sent back within 7 days after Christmas). There is no returns for Hoods, Chassis' and Tunnels on sleds. Or Frames for bikes and Atvs. If returning an item for your money back there is a 25% restocking fee and must be shipped in seven days. Please email or call us for an RMA Number (Return merchandise authorization) BEFORE shipping the item back. Any items returned after the allotted time or without an RMA will be subject to a 50% restocking fee for credit back to your payment type. There are No returns accepted of;
Tools and Service Manuals
Software and CDs are not returnable unless defective and then will be replaced.
Suzuki Parts are no longer returnable.
Parts catalog orders are considered special orders and returns are for a 25% restock fee except where noted earlier.
We do not sell or give our customer database to any outside organization for the purpose of soliciting you for sales. We want your experience at Alpha Sports to be a pleasant one. We welcome your constructive criticisms in making our site a better one.
You can cancel as long as the order is not in process yet (order paid, etc.). A processing fee of 25% will be issued against the order. If there is any work involved [freight quotes or other labor] with your order the freight will also be considered in the process. If parts are able to be stopped before they are shipped to us there will be a 35% charge to cover the manufacturers processing fees and our bank and processing fees.
Yes, we will access a minimum of $5 fee to add to your order if we haven't started to process it yet. If the order is in process we can add it to an existing order (if you like) but it will require you to place a second order through the site (Minimum of $20 usd) and advise us of that addition. There will also be additional shipping and handling.
If your cart is still empty after you chose "Add To Cart" at the bottom of your screen where the parts are priced. You either have "Corrupted Cookies" (no compliments to the chef on that one) or temporary internet files. Just go to "Control Panel" (windows systems) and then "Internet Options" and choose "Delete Cookies" then choose "Delete Temp Files" after the hour glass goes away. That should take care of that. We have found that Symantec Internet Security sometimes causes problems. You can temporarily disable it to use the menus or set www.alpha-sports.com as a trusted site to "Tell" Norton Internet Security that we are allowed. Also if Java is not enabled in your operating system you won't be able to use the menus.
